For any emergency out of hours veterinary care, please phone our normal practice number on 01527 893016 and listen carefully to the answerphone message provided which will give you all the contact information you need to direct you to the right place.
(Please note that our out of hours service is primarily for registered clients only. If you aren't registered with us, in the case of an emergency, please contact your regular vets first)
At McGettigan's we are proud to be one of the few practices still offering most of our own comprehensive out of hours service. This means that the majority of the time you will be able to get in contact with one of our vets and arrange to be seen at our surgery if necessary. In some circumstances if needed, we will also offer you the option to have a home visit; however our surgery offers the best facilities for investigations and treatment. A small amount of our emergency out of hours cover is shared with Willows Veterinary Centre (as seen below) so you can be secure in the knowledge that help is not far away when it is needed most.
